I experimented today - blended a punnet of strawberries and a quarter of a watermelon, and then poured the result into three cups and froze them. Haven't tried them yet. I hope they'll be good - it's 42C here today!

I am loving summer right now (I'm in Australia) - if not for the weather (I can't stand it when it gets too hot) then for the fruit. One of my favourite things is to juice two apples and two oranges, and then put the juice in the blender with a punnet of strawberries and chopped up banana. Then I divide it over four cups and put them in the freezer. I put a cup in a bowl of water to partly defrost when I get home at night and eat it as a slushy.
